Why is my pay code type not uploading when uploading additional pay?
Pay type codes must match the import code set up that you have configured, and they can either be importable or non-importable. It is possible that the pay code you have selected is not importable.
You will be presented with a list of available pay type codes when you attempt to upload additional pay. If the pay code in question is not on the list, then it needs to be made importable. The Namely Service Team can assist you with that process.
